GUEST LECTURE

The Department of Hotel Management organized a guest lecture.The speaker of the day was Mr.Laxman Thapa Food & Beverage Manager of Tiger Resort. The topic was on Importance of training in the Hospitality Industry. He shared his experience and gave a brief idea about the difference training methods followed in hotels and current training methods followed in the hospitality industry. He also explained about the importance of specialization training. The session was very interactive and motivating.

The Department of Hotel Management have organized a guest lecture on Motivation .The speakers of the day was BARISTHA RAJ YOG PRASHIKSHYAK BRAMHAKUMAR RAJU GHALE motivational Speaker . The topic was on Importance of Self Motivation in the Human Life.The session was very interactive and motivating.

BHM- WELCOME PROGRAMME

      The Welcome Programme of the BHM- I semester students were conducted by the senior students in the Banquet Hall.. The program started at 9:30 AM. The fresher was introduced and exhibited their talents. Everyone enjoyed the event and was followed by a lunch.

Wine Tasting Workshop

                      The Session was organized by Mr. Anil Kc F & B Instructor . We had 4 different types of wine each from different countries and the students were explained about the various aspects of tasting of wine such as aroma, temperature, mouth feel and how to judge the different characteristics of a wine.
