GUEST LECTURE

The Department of Hotel Management organized a guest lecture.The speaker of the day was Mr.Laxman Thapa Food & Beverage Manager of Tiger Resort. The topic was on Importance of training in the Hospitality Industry. He shared his experience and gave a brief idea about the difference training methods followed in hotels and current training methods followed in the hospitality industry. He also explained about the importance of specialization training. The session was very interactive and motivating.
