3 Days of Wellness & Inner Peace
Three Days of Stress Management and Meditation at Western Mega College
Western Mega College successfully organized a three-day Stress Management and Meditation Program focused on promoting mental well-being, mindfulness, relaxation, and a healthy balance between academic, professional, and personal life.
The program brought together Board Members, Staff, Faculty Members, BHM students, and MBA students in a supportive environment dedicated to understanding stress and developing practical techniques for maintaining a calm and positive mind.
The sessions were facilitated by Dr. Laxman Bhandari, Certified Hypnotherapist and Shamanic Healer, who guided participants through various approaches to stress management, mindfulness, meditation, self-awareness, and positive thinking. His sessions provided participants with practical insights and techniques that can be incorporated into their everyday lives.
Throughout the three days, participants explored the importance of managing stress effectively and maintaining emotional balance. The meditation and mindfulness sessions encouraged participants to take time away from their busy routines, focus on the present moment, and develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and overall well-being.
The program also highlighted how effective stress management can contribute to better concentration, improved productivity, positive relationships, emotional balance, and personal growth. For students, these practices can support a healthier approach to academic pressure, while faculty and staff can benefit from improved focus and a more positive working environment.
The three-day program concluded with an inspiring message on making mindfulness, meditation, and healthy stress-management practices part of everyday life.
Western Mega College extends its sincere appreciation to Dr. Laxman Bhandari for his valuable guidance and engaging sessions, and to all the Board Members, Staff, Faculty members, BHM students, and MBA students for their active participation.
The program was a meaningful step toward building a healthier, happier, more mindful, and positive Western Mega College community.
